Shipping Policy

Welcome to Cottage Kitchen And Cloth. We believe that receiving your package should be as delightful as the items inside. We have designed our shipping process to be seamless, transparent, and quick.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders.
The price you see is the price you pay. There are no surprise fees at checkout for standard delivery.

2. When Will My Order Arrive?

We know you are excited to receive your order. Here is our timeline:

  • Processing Time: We carefully pick and pack your order within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM CST.
  • Transit Time: Once your package leaves our hands, it typically arrives within 4 to 7 days for domestic orders.

Please note: We observe national holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, we will begin processing it the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status link so you can follow your package's journey home.

4. International Shipping

We do ship globally. International orders typically take between 4 to 22 days to arrive, depending on the destination and courier selected.

Important Note on Duties: For international orders, import duties and taxes may be due upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering to avoid surprises.

5. P.O. Boxes

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes using standard postal services. However, please note that private courier services (like UPS or FedEx) generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. Stock Availability

We strive to keep our inventory counts accurate. In the rare event that an item sells out just as you place your order, we will contact you immediately. You will have the choice to wait for a restock or receive a full refund.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every item with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit:

  • Damaged: Please contact us immediately with photos of the condition.
  • Lost: If the carrier deems the package lost, we will process a replacement or a refund for you right away.
