We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we typically cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
3. Return Shipping Costs
Please note the following regarding shipping costs for returns:
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Cottage Kitchen And Cloth will cover the cost of the return shipping.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
